Established in 1969, our welcoming 55+ community has been a cherished home for active, independent seniors for over 55 years. Located at 201 Five Cities Drive, Pismo Beach, CA 93449 , we are just minutes from Pismo Beach, shopping, dining, and Pismo Coast Village. We are a quiet, friendly community of 182 homesites on paved streets

Our 55+ Community Qualifications

Hacienda Del Pismo is an Age-Restricted (55+) Community . In compliance with California law: 

  • At least one occupant of each home must be 55 years of age or older.
  • All other occupants must be at least 45 years of age.
  • Guests under 18 may visit for a maximum of [e.g., 14 days per year – insert your rule]. Please check with management for guest policy.

All prospective residents must complete an application and be approved for residency prior to moving in.

Living Here – What You Need to Know

1. Park Rules & Regulations: Our community is peaceful and well-cared-for because we all follow the same standards. Our full Park Rules are available below. Highlights include:

  • Quiet hours: 9:59 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Home and lot maintenance standards
  • Landscaping and exterior improvements require prior written approval
  • Pets: Pets are allowed with breed and size restrictions – Residents are allowed 2 pets max per Lot/mobilehome (fish and caged birds don’t count toward the limit), and each pet must be registered with the Park with a signed Pet Agreement. Dogs must be small — no more than 30 lbs and 18″ tall at the shoulder at maturity — with service dogs exempt from the size and breed limits.
  • Parking and storage of RVs/boats
  • Guest and visitor policies

2. Space Rent: Differs per lot, please contact management for more information.

3. Mail: Mailboxes are located on your lot

4. Homes for Sale: All buyers must be approved for residency in the park before close of escrow.

Maintenance Requests
For non-emergency maintenance of park-owned facilities, please call or come into the office. Homeowners are responsible for maintenance of their home and homesite per the Park Rules.
